  Dr Patel is a personable and very well versed in his profession. Attentive and to the point, he gives the real skinny while understanding his limitations. This was my first visit at a friend’s insistence and didn’t charge for a full 360’ x ray. I also liked the tech bent introduced on the website. He only takes a PPO.

  This place is more like a lounge that has the option to clean your teeth while you are lounging and hanging out with friends. Dr. Patel is more like your best friend from college. He is a well rounded cool guy that can talk to you about anything. All of the equipment is state of the art and painless. You literally don't get out of the big boy chair for anything. The staff is always upbeat and all of them have a sense of humor. A visit is really like hanging with friends who all care about your teeth ya know. The team of hygienists are great at what they do and tell the best jokes. Bliss is the funniest person there and tells the best jokes. I have been going to this location for 8 years and counting. My wife and I both go to Floss. Funny story, she got annoyed with me and Dr. Patel because we had to have our current state of Houston sports conversation during the appointment. LOL She goes by herself now lol. Long story short, Dr. P and the staff at Floss are the best in the business hands down.

  I have been a patient of Dr. Patel and the Floss Dental team since 2017. I found his office while working in Sugar Land. The job ended but I continued to trust Dr. Patel and his staff with all of my dental needs. The office is clean, front desk (Jordan and team) staff are amazing and all of the hygienist and assistance are a joy. If you're looking for total dental care, look no further. I'm a patient for life.

  Floss Dental at Town Center is AMAZING! I’ve been coming here for 5+ years. Moved to Spring, but still come here for my routine cleaning/ check ups. Dr. Vi, Dr. Patel, dental hygienists, and the staff are all great! They always make me feel at ease and make sure I’m comfortable. Always educating, are caring, and are very friendly. Wait times are not long at all. Best dental experience I’ve ever had in my life (coming from a person who’s very nervous when it comes to dentists/ treatments).

  Anytime I get ready to go to the dentist is a bad time since that means someone jabbing your gums but this team is so nice. They are as gentle as possible and they keep talking to you to distract you which helps. Doctor Patel is an awesome guy, I can’t wait to be able to get fitted for Invisalign. I really appreciate everything you guys do.

  Ive been to this dental office several times for routine cleanings. The hygienist there, Blyss, is super gentle and patient. Shes very knowledgeable about her career and explains everything well. The staff is super helpful and friendly. The place is super hip and modern. Everything is kept super clean. I would definitely recommend going here for any of your dental needs.

  I went in for a routine cleaning and was told I needed a deep cleaning and laser therapy. It would have been $2500 out of pocket. I refused it until at least July when my insurance works kick in (still $2000!) and they refused to clean my teeth. A wasted hour and then refusal of the service I had scheduled. I got a second and third opinion and indeed I don’t need a “deep cleaning” according to the two other professionals. (In addition if I were to need it their price was substantially different.) One dentist knew right away I’d been to Floss as apparently this is the mode of operation there. I don’t have great dental insurance but Floss accepted it and now I know why. They just want to sell you incessant services. The hygienists should stick to cleaning teeth and leave a sales career elsewhere. In addition Dr. Patel was in my mouth for less than 30 seconds but spent 5 minutes just chatting. Nice strategy to make someone feel comfortable and believe you but it didn’t work here. I’ve filed complaints with my insurance and the dental board.
